“I do recommend JJ's the food is tasty but....I walked in on a friday after work around 3:30..I always sit at the bar I was shocked to see the whole bar area was dirty and the floor was sticky! I'm a regular at this location on Tarrant Parkway and have always enjoyed the food and the margaritas....I almost turned around and walked out so disappointed! oh, one other thing, when I order food I always have to ask for silverware! I myself have worked in the food industry years ago, I do know the dirty dishes should be picked up when customers are done eating, this helps to keep the area clean even if you are busy which in this case the bar wouldn't be full of dirty dishes and I'm not exaggerating...it was the whole bar area!“

“My family visited Rhaan Thai in Arlington on 11/14/2025 while visiting from Colorado. We were so impressed and absolutely loved the food. The parking lot seemed full but I didn’t have any wait and Jasmine was very efficient and friendly, she did a great job and I asked her if she was a coffee drinker, and she said she was, and then I said then you know what a fresh cup of coffee is. She laughed and said yes, and I told her I would like a fresh cup of coffee and that’s exactly what she brought me! “We love everything about Jason's Deli. The NRH location is the newest for us to visit and close to home. We visited there on Sunday and the food was great as usual however, they have got to be courteous to their customers and not leave the overflowing stinky cleaning carts sitting in the sun near the tables. The smell at the back of the restaurant was awful so we had to move. There were a couple of mix ups with the order but they're new and learning so we get that and the staff were all friendly. Please make a spot away from the tables for the cleaning carts. We will return after they're more established.“

We have photos to prove it—this was not just disappointing, it was disgusting. We heard so much hype, but this was our first and last visit. Honestly, a refund or compensation feels appropriate given how bad this meal was.“
