I stopped in at 9:29 this morning to grab a latte on my way to Houston for a Dr visit. The young lady at the front counter was pretty unenthusiastic and honestly NOT helpful.
She didn’t ask if I needed anything, suggest anything or really look to interested in taking any order.
I am in food service and I have flat out had a better latte from a machine at McDonald’s. That’s honestly saying something when you were in full control of creating a quality experience...read full review
