“This was the best service I have received at a chain restaurant in a long time. The lady at the drive through went above and beyond to make my children’s experience great! She gave them crowns and asked which type of toys they would like. Her interactions were that of service. She was an older woman with grey hair, but I did not catch her name. Someone give this woman a raise! She deserves it.“
“I like this Burger King. Just 2 issues. Sitting at the drive thru window the smell of human waste is enough to make a person nauseous. I don't think it's coming from inside of BK but it's awful. Also, if you go into the restrooms the floor feels like it was mopped with grease. I couldn't even get to a stall without falling. It's every time I try to use their facilities. I report it every time, but they don't care.“
“03/17/2025 Monday this is the one in Conroe on Dallas Street across the street from CVS pharmacy. Everything's good at Burger King the only thing that is not acceptable in my point of view is you're only allowed to use your receipt code once a month which is not good for business where Whataburger in McDonald's let you use the codes all the time Burger King should change their policy about the codes on the back of the receipt so a customer can use them all the time instead of once a month cost of living is expensive enough that's all I have to say Amen.“
