“This was the best service I have received at a chain restaurant in a long time. The lady at the drive through went above and beyond to make my children’s experience great! She gave them crowns and asked which type of toys they would like. Her interactions were that of service. She was an older woman with grey hair, but I did not catch her name. Someone give this woman a raise! She deserves it.“
“I like this Burger King. Just 2 issues. Sitting at the drive thru window the smell of human waste is enough to make a person nauseous. I don't think it's coming from inside of BK but it's awful. Also, if you go into the restrooms the floor feels like it was mopped with grease. I couldn't even get to a stall without falling. It's every time I try to use their facilities. I report it every time, but they don't care.“
“Manager was very helpful and took his time to fix a mistake the other store off North loop created. Will only be coming to this location in the future! Great customer service and not combative like the unprofessional manager at the other location! Very eager to help me and fix my issue and offered to fix the food that was made incorrectly! Even though it wasn’t his stores mistake!!“
