“Good experience. I have visited several locations of this chain after their renovations and what strikes me most is the courtesy of their employees. I feel the food is very similar to its original flavor which I like and yes, there are some pocket-friendly combos like the "Duo" or the "Trio". Congratulations.“
“5/13/2025 Update: I'm raising my rating due to the young lady with the braids at the drive-thru window today. My app order was ready when I arrived at the window...for the first time; however, I was missing a large fry. The young lady politely asked how many were missing and gave me my missing fries without issue. I told her she was so pleasant and thanked her. I want to add that she was also very professional.
Previous 1-star rating: This BK keeps getting worse and worse. Last week, we sat at the drive-thru speaker for over 15 minutes waiting for the cashier to finish taking the order of the lane next to us. We only ordered 3 large fries which were all undercooked. I mean completely raw. It was like the frycook just dipped the fries in the hot oil for a few seconds and then took them out. Now, we have to travel to the other BK location on Hwy 6 just to get fries for our toddler that will not cause food poisoning.“
“This Burger King is really quite good! I've had the acquaintance of one employee for a while, and it's always good to see her smiling face there. Another employee at the Windows I've interacted with for at least 3 years. What I'm getting at is that, to me, employee permanence leads to good performance and fair and ethical treatment of all customers. Come here, and you will be well taken care of. I wish the prices were a little less, but that's just a sign of the times we live in. Go there. You won't be disappointed!“
