Burger King in Spring

“The service was good and I didn't have to wait too long to get my food. The bathroom needs a bit of tlc, floor is sticky. Texas double whopper it was nice but the ketchup was a bit thick and paste. Also out of Dr Pepper. The restaurant itself has a contemporary feel. However, this seating is a bit stiff to sit on. Overall, not too bad. I will come back again if i'm near and feel like a chark broil burger!“

“This is the BEST Burger King in Texas! I have been coming here for over 5 years and the service is top notch and unmatched to other locations. My food is ALWAYS fresh, hot, and accurate. I have not had one problem here in all my trips. The inside is always clean, family friendly, and the kids sitting area is perfect to do work on a laptop. I have even left home to come here and work from my computer. Please keep hiring the quality young people that you do. They actually have good work ethics and demonstrate care and high regard for the customers. The whole crew on all shifts are terrific. This has been my experience before and after the demolition. Thank you for exceeding my expectations every time.“

“Absolutely amazing experience at Burger King! I came through the drive thru and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The workers were very polite, patient, and had such positive attitudes. My food came out super fast, fresh, and hot, and everything was made perfectly. The fries were crispy, the burger was delicious, and they made sure my order was completely correct before I left. It’s rare to get service this good at fast food places nowadays, but this location definitely exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back! “The establishment was very clean. I was one of only a few people there, so it was fairly quiet. The food was likely made fresh as it did take longer than expected to get my food, but not too long. The only complaint I did that the fries were extremely overcooked. Every fry was hard and slightly burnt. The fries are the main reason I chose Burger King for my lunch vs a different restaurant, so I was quite disappointed, but not enough to ask them to remake them. The atmosphere was quite enough that I was able to read while I ate. The young man working the counter was pleasant enough. Not enthusiastic by any means, but not rude either.“

“Give this BK another chance. I've given up on it many times over the years due to poor quality service and food. BUT, only Bk near here. Gave them a chance and have great service lately. Maybe new owners I don't know. Employees were happy and nice. Oh and at drive thru they asked if I wanted anything else in my burger!“
