“One Friday many moons ago, I discovered this Burger King was during the Highway 290 construction. One night as I was driving home and got detoured from feeder road to the loop. Somehow, I ended up here. Just few weeks ago, I happened to be in the neighborhood picking up some building materials on Dacoma Street. This time, it was a natural route to the loop entrance. But I told them I have to come inside. Because it was too hard to order from the drive thru lane. I had no room at narrow drive thru lane.This BK is joint with Shell gas station. “It should have been a 5 star but they did not provide the requested sauces for the nuggets. When you use the drive thru, you should receive a 100% accurate order and not find out that they shorted you when you are several miles down the road. “Switched jobs from Katy to all the way in N Shepherd so this is right around the corner and I've probably have ordered from this location 5-8 times in the last 3 months and my order has been right, food tasted fine, and didn't really wait any longer than 6 minutes. “Service was good. There was an older woman, who was new, working the register. There was also a younger gentleman who was apparently her boss and maybe a manager or crew leader. This younger gentleman was being very rude to the new worker. He was rude and very disrespectful especially considering she was considerably older than him. He called her stupid and said duh when she was answering him. Can't really bothered me that this young crew leader was being so disrespectful to this new much older woman worker. She was breaking open a roll of quarters and I overheard him yell at her and say why are you banging on things if you want to bang on things you should just go home. “I hung out at this Burger King at 3211 Holcombe Boulevard for over three hours (10 am to 1 pm). It's a very clean facility, and the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. As always, the food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is pristine. On the other hand, there hasn't been WiFi here for a while.
