“This location is very clean and friendly service. We stopped by after a training earlier in the day a while back and asked the manager for Burger King crowns to celebrate our students birthdays in the classroom. The manager is very kind and sweet!“

“One of the cleanest Burger King’s I’ve seen in the north side it has a clean lobby and a clean restroom which is hard to come by the parking lot was also spot less perfect. “There are days when it's nice and quiet inside but the drive thru is very busy. The place is nice and clean and good clean restrooms. They also offer your very own king hat.. There is a lady that works there by the name of Rossy. The last time I visited she was running from the drive thru the register and still got the orders out in time with.“

“I was looking for Paw Patrol toys for my daughter and called about 10 Burger King’s…Brenda answered the phone and provided the most helpful responses with an excellent attitude. When I picked up 14 kids meals the next day, she made everything super smooth and remembered that I had called! She gave 14 crowns and wished that my daughter have a great event. What wonderful customer service! Thank you Brenda the event turned out so well!“

“Overall this place is alright as long as you’re alright.Anyways my goal was to review their chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was a solid 85% great, seeing the smoke come out of the sandwich was a plus.Presentation 0; very In-N-Out look.Here’s a picture of the sandwich. “polite and patient during the food ordering process. Place and condiments section was organized. The final wow moment was when they had our food ready …never I have seen such a considerate presentation from a fast food joint! (Ketchup filled in cups) The employees there are doing beyond amazing!

I was very happy with the price. We all got a meal kids meal and two adult meals. And my kids all got an ice cream cone after. Offered me a Burger King crown and that made me smile and i accepted.

There are some people who are facing tough times, but thru it all the businesses are the backbone and hope of the entire area! That certainly includes the Burger King Restaurant! The employees are all top notch and the food is of superior quality! The dinning area as I sat inside is in the mist of a makeover and full disclosure I am grading the dining area on what I see it will be! The furnishing that is in place is amazing and I just sat inside for abt 45 mins comfortably awaiting my car to be repaired. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully the place already looks, only the rear looks lk it is probably a couple weeks away from completion and it's coming along nicely! “Had to get some fast food before I checked into the Hotel for the night. As I have been driving most of the day. I got the Texas Double Whopper and jumbo size fries 🍟. And was really surprised that it was better than anticipated. However if you want to get a better rating you would want to do the following.

Go back to cooking the burgers made to order.
Use fresher lettuce and tomatoes. Jersey Mikes quality. Onions were OK. The rest of the ingredients were OK.
I could not call that portion jumbo fries. Potatoes aren't an endangered species! And not at the price point you folks buy them at.

Improve those things and you people can out do Wendy's and the The Golden Arches. Basically it's taking your store back to the way you prepped burgers back in the 80's. WP.“

“This place isn't so bad actually. The issues I had was the soda machine in the lobby isn't working and they were out of ranch dressing on a busy Tuesday afternoon. That isn't the workers fault. They all have good attitudes and some of them are humourous which makes the experience pleasant. They are a lot faster than other places near here. I think if they open the drink machine and possibly unlock the door leading to the restroom this could be a 5 star location. Like I said the workers were t none of the issue. They were all working hard and preparing everything fast. The upper management is the ones responsible for making the call about the fountain drink machine being usable. I really enjoy the music too. Most of the time it's late 80s MTV type vibe . Yam , Boy George and Blonde was playing. I liked that actually it was much better than most music choices. It gave it a comfortable adult lunchtime vibe.“

“Service was good. There was an older woman, who was new, working the register. There was also a younger gentleman who was apparently her boss and maybe a manager or crew leader. This younger gentleman was being very rude to the new worker. He was rude and very disrespectful especially considering she was considerably older than him. He called her stupid and said duh when she was answering him. Can't really bothered me that this young crew leader was being so disrespectful to this new much older woman worker. She was breaking open a roll of quarters and I overheard him yell at her and say why are you banging on things if you want to bang on things you should just go home. “It's Burger King in like any other fast food restaurant sometimes they have good days and sometimes they have off days. As far as this one goes, I've eaten there at least four times and every time it's been very good!

“I can by Sunday night 5/18 roughly between 11pm and midnight. I went through the drive thru and the lady working the drive thru was incredibly nice. I felt bad because I was craving a cookies and cream shake and I thought it was too late to order one, and she did not hesitate to make me one. After having a rough day at work, she really made my night. She was also multitasking when I came to the window, and her service did not slip! Incredibly polite, efficient, and did not miss a beat.
