Failure by management! The food is good here, but they don't serve food a lot of the time. Like they don't serve food during shift change is what I've been told at least a half a dozen times around 10pm. This is a massive failure of management. I have been in the service industry for many years and never heard of this anywhere else. They don't schedule overlap to what, save a few dollars? But they lose hundreds of dollars in sales during it. I've seen five or six cars turned away...read full review
It was lunchtime so the drive thru had a lot of cars but the line went quickly. I ordered a Whopper all the way add mustard, fries, sprite, and a apple pie. The food was warm the drink was cold the cashier asked if I needed napkins and ketchup. The fast food place is not attached to a gas station, they didn't mess up my order, gave me napkins, ketchup, correct change and my receipt.
