This is the dirtiest Panera I’ve ever been in. The tables were dirty, the walls were gross, the floor was wet. They weren’t busy, they could have had an employee straighten up. We ordered at the kiosk and it said go to the counter for cups. We waited in line to get cups, get to the register and the cashier had no idea what cups to give, instead of looking I had to go ask at another counter for him.
Just had dinner there tonight.....won’t be going back. Slow service at the register....counter where you get drinks was filthy, had to wipe the table before sitting down, trash all over the floor and order was incomplete. These franchise owners don’t care.....Corporate Offices need to step in.

Panera Bread offers good food and service, featuring flaky croissants and a variety of muffins that are baked fresh in-house. The dark roast coffee is pretty good and the food is good, cleaner than other places. Despite the restaurant being aging, cluttered, and dirty with some maintenance issues, it provides a cozy atmosphere and decent vegetarian options, including a tasty Broccoli Cheddar soup. The Sip Club is a nice perk, but beverage options may be limited.
