Pie in the Sky Pie Co. is a charming little gem in a quaint town with a very bright and relaxing vibe. The cozy, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere makes it the perfect place to slow down. Staff are friendly and the service is excellent. The food is fresh and enjoyable. Meals include a skillet breakfast, the Marlene bowl, Chicken salad with fruit and greens, and a delicious chicken salad sandwich. Desserts are impressive, with a highly recommended cheesecake and a crumble blueberry pie. Customers love the 3-pie slice flight to get all favorite pies in one sitting, featuring Key Lime, Texas Pecan and Lemon pie. The coffee is the best cup around.
