Absolutely terrible customer service! I booked an iftar buffet yesterday, but when I arrived today, they completely denied my reservation. Even after showing them my name, they refused to seat me, acting as if my booking didn’t exist. The staff at the front was beyond rude—no apology, no attempt to fix the situation, just a dismissive and arrogant attitude. Instead of helping, they treated me like I was the problem. Tried to place an order at Kabab Uncle Coppell. Firstly they didn’t pick up the phone 3times. Finally they picked up at 6pm.
Me: Are you guys serving the 13.99 of tax combo
Worker: Yes
Me: I would like to place an order for 1 box.
