Did a carry out with a Big New Yorker pizza. Pizza was spot on to what I ordered. Counter person was friendly and showed me the pizza to confirm it was just what I ordered and asked if I needed anything else. She gets what customer service is...... usually don't mention other places in my reviews, but Papa Johns in Coppell is maybe the worst pizza place I have every dealt with food wise and customer service wise. Will stick with this Pizza Hut from now on.
Note to others: Order elsewhere if youre looking for correct orders and a hint of customer servoce. We ordered online. Order delivered quickly but order was wrong (person pizza was for couldn't eat it due to allergies). Tried calling store, but no one would answer. Repeatedly. Will not be ordering from this store again due to non-existent customer service.

FOOD WAS GREAT AND THE SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC ESPECIALLY FROM THE CASHIER. HER NAME WAS FAITH SHE WAS SO NICE AND MADE SURE OUR PIZZA LOOKED PERFECT AND WAS COOKED EXACTLY HOW WE WANTED. WE WERE VERY PLEASED.
