Wonderful food my husband and I frequent this place however my last experience tonight, was bad the staff is rude and unprofessional. One team member in general was cussing the whole time we dined in bashing the place tell another customer he liked working here because it was never busy and he could do what he wanted. That was all after I asked for my sauce on side as to not make my biscuit soggy (which I know happens from experience) he said it won’t get soggy but whatever.
Biscuits were on point not much else to say
My daughter & grand daughter were there yesterday, Mother's Day afternoon.
I was disappointed in customer service. No one greeted us and when the cashier/server took our
order my granddaughter was not advised the sandwich she ordered was not
available without coleslaw after she asked that it be deleted. She thought it was on the side and when she was served
she sent it back requesting no slaw on the meat, this took about 15-20 minutes for a replacement. The two...read full review
