Question this is the only chipotle I ever been my question is all chipotle restaurants are always dirty as this one ? This is my third time here and looks nasty I’m not coming back again ever .
Used to avoid Coppell Chipotle like the plague. I'd drive to Lewisville, Flower Mound, Southlake, etc. just so I didn't have to go here. After reading some recent reviews and hearing friends mention how it has improved, I tried it out recently and was thoroughly impressed. The rice was actually fully cooked (used to be hard/undercooked all the time), the staff was nice, and the toppings were what Chipotle used to be like. I used Chipotle to cater lunch for a large crowd today and yesterday. 115 each day.
Jacob and his team were incredibly helpful, they had everything ready to be picked up on time, all packed in easy to carry catering boxes and helped me load it all into my car. Yesterday we did not quite get all of one item we should have gotten. When I called Jacob, he got our address and drove it to our serving location in plenty of time for lunch to be served.
