Drink machine wasn't working. Food mediocre at best.
Nicest people at this Wendy’s! I spilled my soda in my car (with my kids) in the driver through and they helped me so graciously!

Wendy's at the Mac Arthur and Walnut Hill location has a mix of experiences and is becoming a favorite for many. A customer was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service they received, noting that Dimas was excellent and the lady at the window went above and beyond. Many customers agree that the burgers are always fresh and juicy, and the drive-thru is very quick. One customer found the restaurant clean and enjoyed the baked potato and chili but was disappointed with the french fries. Despite delicious food in the biggy bag meal, one customer had overcooked and crumbly fries, but the manager resolved the issue. Regular visitors appreciate the friendly, kind, and helpful staff, making it one of their best fast food experiences.
