Great selection of ice cream at Baskin Robbins but staff was less than enthusiastic. Got an eye roll when I asked for a sample for my grand daughter. Was relatively clean and appeared well maintained. Great location.

Went inside place an order to go the employees were not friendly at all nobody was in there could have been cleaned up a little bit more specially when there's nobody in there Copperas Cove is a small community in order to keep a business going you have to have good employees good communication good food and good customer service and some sort of Happiness would be good every day should be a good day when you wake up

I placed a big online order late in the evening for my son to pickup for me. It was my first order with Dunkin Donuts, so wasn't sure what to expect food or service wise. Cici and Nevaeh were the two young ladies working that night. They just got through a rush, but still managed to handle my order with professionalism. They were courteous, respectful, and did an amazing job with my order. Thank you ladies for your outstanding service!
