Auntie Anne's location inside the HEB is nostalgic mall or airport. They wait almost 20 minutes for pepperoni bites, but one of the workers displayed exceptional customer service and gave a complimentary drink. The location never has any pretzels ready and machines are down and poorly managed. Employees though don't have a sign and lost time. When ordering from this location be sure you have time to wait.
