It took us 45 minutes to get out food in the drive thru. Food was good but not as good as it used to be. We sat at the window being ignored for 23 minutes. Customer service is terrible.
The shrimp and fish always seem to have the texture of something that got ran over by a Mack truck. And when you open the breading it's kind of like the reading still doughy on the inside. I'm trying to read it in the oven or a microwave is unbelievably bonkers. Because it tastes like rubber. Overall and seeing stories on their Factory and how they handle their Seafood I am just really surprised that they are even in operation and they want to charge like it's Red Lobster go figure

I've always loved this place. Every time we come from San Antonio, it's a tradition to stop and eat here. When the one on leopard St closed, we were devastated. I'm glad to know it's just changed locations!
