I mostly use the drive through, and each of my experiences were both friendly and respectful and I'm glad I've not had one bad experience with McDonald's
Highly satisfying
Ordered 2 mcchickens with cheese, only to get 1 mcchicken, no cheese
Ordered a BigMac, but wasn't given any lettuce and no pickles on it - the bread was stale, seemed like they double cooked it
I was too far to go get it replaced and given the food I bought, so it is was it is
It's a hit or miss at this place
Customer service was pretty mid too - The window person wasn't responsive either
