McDonald's offers friendly service, with employees known for their sweetness and helpfulness. The restaurant is kid-friendly, providing good food options for children and even featuring a playground at this location. The drive-thru line is typically short, and they pay attention to cleanliness with sanitizer wipes available.
However, some customers have experienced longer wait times, especially when the restaurant is busy. One customer noted that several workers were present but only one was preparing the food, while the others were "just hanging out." Another customer mentioned that their food was not warm when they visited during a busy time.
Despite these occasional issues, the restaurant has received positive feedback, with one customer praising the friendly and efficient service they received from the lady at the drive-through window, LEONOR, who got their food and drinks to them quickly with a welcoming attitude.
