“I was treated to a Cosmo & Wanda matcha by a SWEET coworker and as a BIG fan and lover of matcha, it was the bomb 💥diggity, especially with garnished dragonfruit pieces!! Oh and I can't forget to mention how durable the cups are, not flimpsy at all ! “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ During my recent 8-day visit to Corpus Christi, I discovered Siagon's Civet Cafe, and I couldn't resist returning for coffee five times! I had the pleasure of trying their Siagon Lungo, which quickly became my favorite. What truly sets this cafe apart is that they source their coffee beans directly from their own farm in Vietnam and roast them right on-site. The roast master was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to show my fiancé and me the different varieties of beans and explain the roasting process. It was fascinating to learn about the craftsmanship behind each cup! The coffee itself is nothing short of delicious—rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed. The inviting ambiance of the cafe made it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy my daily caffeine fix. I can confidently say I’ll be ordering online to keep enjoying my new favorite roast back home. If you're in Corpus Christi, Siagon's Civet Cafe is an absolute must-visit for coffee lovers!“
“Best tortilla soup ever. We moved from Corpus 3 years ago and still talk about how good this soup is. Get the salsa if you like a kick—And then finish off with a fruit cup and tajín! Their tacos and plates are good, too! Just hard to beat that soup.“
