I was told there would be a 15-minute wait on the chicken thighs. I waited for 30 minutes. I had asked for French Fries as a side, and I guess they packed those immediately because they were cold and not fresh at all. The guy boxing the food, crammed the chicken in and them pushed hard on the top of the box, like he was smashing my food in. I do not want smashed food. They have an 8x10 size sign stuck to the ordering board that says Tuesday 2 fish special for $8.49. I tell the guy oh it’s Tuesday so give me the 2 fish special. I go to pay and I was charged $11. When I asked why he said you didn’t say you wanted the special. I’m like there is a sign posted that says it’s $8.49. He said well maybe you wanted the dinner version. Every time I go they miss something. But today, I was not having it. I was the only customer there and they still managed to miss both my fries from my meals. I had to drive back from my home and called them I. The way. I apologies for the inconvenience. Received a cold side of family fires that were stale and dry.
