I was told there would be a 15-minute wait on the chicken thighs. I waited for 30 minutes. I had asked for French Fries as a side, and I guess they packed those immediately because they were cold and not fresh at all. The guy boxing the food, crammed the chicken in and them pushed hard on the top of the box, like he was smashing my food in. I do not want smashed food. This is my fourth time going there and one time my order has been correct. I will give them another try...
I'm surprised I didn't take my orders back to the counter. I guess I wasn't in the mood to complain. However, both mine and my son's chicken tenders were terrible. They were dried up like they were sitting there since the day before. The rolls were a little hard and served cold as well. Dissatisfied this go around. Need to work on consistency and what to look out for. Thanks
The food was good (chicken and corn nuggets). But the 15 minute wait was too long. I was worried because 3 different people came in after receiving the wrong order thru the drive thru. The cashier was polite and friendly. The rest of the staff, not so much. This was my first time trying this restaurant. I am not too sure I will be going back except to get those corn nuggets, they were the best part of the meal.
