I’ve gone in a couple times for gelato and the employees have no idea what “gluten free” is and try to tell me the only one I can have is the non-dairy one. Now, obviously if it has cookies crumbs or something I know I can’t eat that, but for other flavors it would be pretty simple to have a list of ingredients they could check to see if there is any hidden gluten, like barley malt or something. Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had! Be prepared for a wait but it’s definitely worth it.
