What a pleasant surprise! I am not an expert on Peruvian cuisine, but my wife is from Lima. We have eaten in various Peruvian restaurants in San Antonio and Houston for years. Costa Sur blows them all away. First time I have ever heard Claudia rave about how good the food was in a Peruvian restaurant in America. The Fried Rice is bomb second most favorite rice in Corpus and the drinks are STRONG I LOVE THE MOJITOS!!!!!!!!!
Best red snapper I’ve had that I didn’t cook and that’s saying a lot as I’ve been fishing offshore in Texas since I was 9-10yrs old 4 decades.
Every thing is excellent, haven’t had a thing in the menu we didn’t like.
