What a pleasant surprise! I am not an expert on Peruvian cuisine, but my wife is from Lima. We have eaten in various Peruvian restaurants in San Antonio and Houston for years. Costa Sur blows them all away. First time I have ever heard Claudia rave about how good the food was in a Peruvian restaurant in America.
