“Visited this location tonight for a late dinner. Was happy with the friendly customer service I received from the lady at the drive through window. LEONOR she was so nice and got our food and drinks to us fast and with a friendly welcoming attitude towards us. This location should be very proud to have her. Will definitely come back with my family.“

It doesn’t matter how good the food is if the voice on the intercom, or drive-through/counter isn’t positive, happy, nice, or welcoming… the experience is already bad!
Miss Alice is the sweetest, not only manager that I’ve ever met, but person as well! she is kind understanding fixes any mistake without the ugly look of judgment. goes above and beyond to take care of her staff and anyone she serves just because of that I would drive this far to come get my kids food! This morning She had her team leader Brittany, who was the same. positive welcoming and prepared to serve! another employee there that interacted with my order was Jabes. She also had a very sweet demeanor. I couldn’t use an app code for what I was ordering, but she was still very sorry about it with her heart and made sure that I was OK before leaving the window.
Food was fresh, bagged neatly although rushing to get orders out. They were busy and working as a team no one was idle

“Went to Kingsville Steakhouse for Father's Day. The Food was soo Delicious. The service was alright. Kept forgetting to bring what we asked for. However they were busy so I understood some. The atmosphere reminded me of a Dairy Queen establishment. But Food overall was Very Good. Will come bk for the food.“
“This morning we dined in to have a small meal. We were met and greeted by Ms Lori. She was so sweet and kind and displayed such an attitude of hospitality that made our visit that much more better. This is not the first time either. She is always warm and nice when we visit. We wish we could steal her for our business. Mcdonald's is very fortunate to have such an employee. Thank you Lori!“
“This McDonald's location always impresses! The staff is fast, friendly, and gets the order right every time. The food is hot, fresh, and the restaurant is clean and well-kept, even during busy hours. Drive-thru is quick and efficient, and mobile orders are ready on time. “I came here for dinner for the wife. I had a deluxe McCrispy. The wife had a Big Mac. The food was great for McDonald's standards. The fries were fresh. Took one star off due to how long it took for my order to come out. Nonetheless, the food was good.“
“I very much enjoyed the friendly and efficient service! I was only ordering through the drive-through but the person that took my order and the cashier were very friendly and communicated well. My order did include a burger that had to be cooked while I was waiting so they asked me to pull forward, which is fine. My only request would be in the future when someone that needs to pull forward to wait for some of their food that the people preparing the meals wait until that food is done being prepared and put in the bag before they put the fries in the bag. That way the fries will still be hot when the meal is received. The flavor was still good and the burger was great.“

“I always ask for extra onions. No McDonald's will do it. Today I said, "Extra onions, like I'll pay extra but throw like a guap on it (normally used in reference to money but works when explaining a large amount) & they got it! This is going to be my only McDonald's from now on. Give them a raise! Oh & they were super nice to my handicap son & really went above & beyond. Great crew! So happy ?

“Orders come out quick. Never had a wrong order. The burger presentation is also great. Just be prepared if you order late at night on the weekends that this place gets BUSY.
Drive thru may take a little longer than normal. Besides that, this McDonald's is one of my favorites in CC.“
