“OK, this review is long overdue!
It doesn’t matter how good the food is if the voice on the intercom, or drive-through/counter isn’t positive, happy, nice, or welcoming… the experience is already bad!
Miss Alice is the sweetest, not only manager that I’ve ever met, but person as well! she is kind understanding fixes any mistake without the ugly look of judgment. goes above and beyond to take care of her staff and anyone she serves just because of that I would drive this far to come get my kids food! This morning She had her team leader Brittany, who was the same. positive welcoming and prepared to serve! another employee there that interacted with my order was Jabes. She also had a very sweet demeanor. I couldn’t use an app code for what I was ordering, but she was still very sorry about it with her heart and made sure that I was OK before leaving the window.
Food was fresh, bagged neatly although rushing to get orders out. They were busy and working as a team no one was idle

“Last night we came here. The only thing I didn’t like was using the machine to order because it messed up on us no one was at the counter to take our order. The girls look at us didn’t even bother to help. There was 2 guys who were very helpful one had curl hair wearing hat with glasses and he was helping everyone the other one had a ponytail he was cleaning and helping. The food was good they messed up on my order and gave me spicy chicken burger but fix it right away. The fries were hot and fresh.“
“Last three visits I've been receiving my granddaughter's order wrong. So now I have to open her happy meal while I sit at the window to make sure it's correct. This last time the establishment was not busy. So they can't use that excuse.“
“Had a problem from a previous McDonald’s because a snack wrap wasnt made right but this store didn’t bat at eye at the situation and provided me with the best service and remade it for me 🫡🫡🫡 shout out to Christina and Stephanie absolutely great people“
“I came here for dinner for the wife. I had a deluxe McCrispy. The wife had a Big Mac. The food was great for McDonald's standards. The fries were fresh. Took one star off due to how long it took for my order to come out. Nonetheless, the food was good.“
“The only bad thing about this site location is that when it's after hours and both drive thru lanes are open, is they get busy they tend to move slower. I do door dash and was there for an additional 30 mins just waiting. Other than that, it's a great place to go, and it's family friendly.“
“Two weeks ago I had a great time BUT It was this past Friday after my doctor visit after my handicap wheelchair niece I was surprised to this MacDonald on Morgan Street Corpus Christi Tx was managed,we dined and customers inside to dine in complaining all tables were dirty,a line to order only one register worker,they only focus on drive thru service,hearing workers complaining it would be their last day while cleaning tables,I don't blame them , I say they needed two more employees to run the front to clean the dining area and making sure the orders are getting out. This was not our first visit in that location, I hope this complain gets some attention ASAP“

Wheelchair accessibility: There is parking and ramps right at the entrance doors. And they have a button at the door to automatically open the door.“
“The night manager a lovely lady with blonde hair is running that place amazingly she’s always so nice when I see her always has a good attitude I don’t know how she does it but she is doing wonderful thank you for the familiar nice face :)“

“I always ask for extra onions. No McDonald's will do it. Today I said, "Extra onions, like I'll pay extra but throw like a guap on it (normally used in reference to money but works when explaining a large amount) & they got it! This is going to be my only McDonald's from now on. Give them a raise! Oh & they were super nice to my handicap son & really went above & beyond. Great crew! So happy ?

“Restaurant was clean but walking in you can just smell the deorderizer from the urinal from restroom only know cuz I used it before I left had like 3 in that urinal just another thing was lobby person kept asking my son for his monopoly pieces“
