In a rush to find a caterer, Mr. Salinas took my call during a holiday. I was given a quote and placed an order in less that 24hrs. We had the BBQ dinner and two servers. Food was great! Our servers were Danny and Hailey who were wonderful. Very professional. Will be calling on them again.
I would like to thank Salinas Catering for providing our family with a delicious meal after my husband's funeral services. The food was hot and ready when we arrived and the servers were professional and couldn't have been more courteous. Thank you for going above and beyond in making our difficult day less stressful. Salinas Catering was served at my job sight today for Employee Appreciation Day, It was very delicious, Baked Chicken breast and gravy and a dinner roll , and ? mashed potatoes . Very delicious
