We had a very rude waiter and we asked for a different one he refused. We finally got the manager, and they moved us. We felt like we were punished. This was a very miserable night. We have never had anything like this before.
Saltgrass Steak House in Corpus Christi Texas is TERRIBLE. Never again. Order was confirmed received but never placed until the door dasher arrived. Marcus the manager confirmed that the order does go through a few hands before arriving to the To Go area. Starts at the bartender and if they are busy could sit there without be placed. As it happened to us. Told me he had 7 orders and would expedite my order. As I hung upI asked him how, he never asked my name.
Our hamburger steak was rare. We asked for well done.
