Worst customer service ever and from the manager Shelly! Not only was she extremely rude to me, but also to her own employee who has a disability!! Very unfortunate this man is working for someone like her! She will blame anyone, but herself and will go as far as to accuse a customer of lying about receiving their order!! I don’t think I have ever been more publicly humiliated like this before and it was during lunch time, so the lobby had quite a bit of people. Never again...read full review
we placed our order, paid and waited an hour before we had any food. I saw numerous customers ask for refunds and leave. there were also people who came in after us but were served before we were. Terribly understaffed and to top it off part of my order was wrong.
