I order via Google map for pick up several times a month. Payed in advance. My orders have been perfect . I walk in, find my bag in the designated place and poof Im gone.I see all the suckahs in the drive thru griping about the wait. Plan ahead better. The service and quality is as you would expect any Schlotzskis to be.
Normally the food is pretty good and I don't have an issue. Tonight we had our food delivered. The food was just kind of throw in a to go bag and there was a big gnat in the bag. Honestly really gross and made me lose my appetite. Very disappointed with the service
