Today I had my first visit. Everything in the bakery is low carb! It all looked so delicious that I had a hard time choosing what to buy. The mini pizza had 5 carbs, the Carmel cheesecake cup was 3 carbs. Plus I tried het cheddar bacon biscuits. All 3 were delicious! The food was affordable and I will definitely be back to sample more

The Spot serves delicious herbalife teas and shakes with a variety of flavors.
Reasonable prices and their meal replacement shakes are so good. You got to try the Pj Banana!

This place was recommended to me by a colleague and I’m glad I tried it. I asked the lady behind the counter a few questions and she suggested I try a protein shake called chunky monkey and WOW! The service and presentation were excellent. I wish I took a before pic but once I tried it I couldn’t stop. I’ll be back 🤩
