Driver deleivered pizza. didnt knock on door. left pizza on plater box. now pizza is full of ants. asked for a refund of my points i used and waz only given ten back. used 60 points to get our pizza. we are regular customers and someonr from corporate needs to give attention to the wreck of a business
Love the pan pizzas! However, recommend additional help when opening at 10:30. The employee I talked to the last two times seemed overworked and grouchy as a bear! Two days ago I didn't bother to even place an order as I was left on hold for over 10 minutes and her explanation was that she was by herself and too busy to take my order. My hubby was 100 miles from home (literally) while driving a semi truck, and hadn't been able to eat in over 10 hours! So, to help soothe my burly bear, I attempted to get food delivered to him because he couldn't leave the truck unattended.
