Went into Taco Casa 8-6-23. We were extremely impressed with Ivan, the manager and his team. Cleanliness, and the flavor of the food was top notch. We order from here a few times a months. Last week we didn't dine in, but the taco shells were stale and the food was nothing like it was today.Please please keep Ivan and his team!This is the way I remember it tasting.This was honestly the first time we met Ivan, Give that man a raise. He cares.
The food is good; consistent from location to location. I use the drive thru about 90% of the time but when I do go inside this location is always clean. One problem I have with this location is that about every third time thru, they mess up the order and I don't catch it until I un-bag it at home. When I call back to tell them the order was wrong, I'm told that I'll be added to "the book." Personally, I feel they should be striving to eliminate "the book" and just get the orders...read full review
