I had honestly never tried their ice, but was referred to them by a friend that told me I would love their New Orleans inspired snow balls. It was LOVE AT FIRST BITE. My entire New Orleans rooted family loved every bite as well.Having them bring their cute pink trailer was the cherry on top to a fantastic experience using them. The owner was so sweet and easy to work with and the snow cones were very affordable. I would highly recommend stopping by their trailer while parked or having them out to your next event! “Found this gem yesterday when we happened in Granbury, TX. Friend and I got a mix of pulled pork, brisket, and bologna with potato salad and beans. Everything was AMAZING and the couple there was super nice. I’ve eaten BBQ from all over (including Memphis, St. Louis, and Kansas City) and this was one of the best BBQ places I’ve ever eaten at! HIGHLY recommend!“
