After a few unsuccessful attempts in the past, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from Archie as we walked in. He was incredibly patient with our special orders and went above and beyond to ensure our sandwiches were made to perfection. The food was fresh and delicious as well! “My online order was running late because of staffing issues. Cynthia invited me in, explained that my order was a bit delayed, but she would get it prepared asap. I waited while she finished the order ahead of mine. While she prepared my order, she explained that she was new and still learning. Not sure what the staffing issue was, but this poor lady was running the whole show by herself. I’m sure it was stressful, but Cynthia handled herself well I hope this is an isolated incident and not how y’all normally run your business. Or treat your staff.“
