“My wife and I were searching all over to find a taqueria with barbacoa. We even considered driving 20 miles. Little did we know, right in our backyard, is Pollo Regio. It was clean, the staff friendly, ave some of the best barbacoa tacos I have ever had. Took me back to Sunday mornings as a kid. We will definitely be returning here!“

“Ok guys, will the best chicken tendie stand up? Ok it's Laynes. The spicy chicken tenders are AWESOME. They win in the ridiculous Texas battle of the tendies imo. I like canes, they're close second most for that damn bread. Slim chickens wasn't my fav... anyway my only issue was the guy at the counter (who according to my coworkers got in a physical fight with his girlfriend outside our establishment 😬) was a bit and by a bit I mean a LOT much. Weird racial jokes and I'm from Atlanta so I'm no stranger to being the only white girl in the room. It was just kinda cringey. Maybe talk to your staff about professionalism. Not necessarily offensive but rubbed me a weird way. Especially after the rumor I heard from my coworkers lol.“

“We've been using the Popeyes app to place orders to pick up & get the free offers. Recently, We've been getting the free 3 pieces of chicken tenders. This location is busier than other locations, and their chicken is always freshly fried (hot & crispy). We enjoy their Cajun fries as well. ?“

“I took my kids to have lunch yesterday and play on the playground, they had a blast. Food was fresh and tasty. When we were leaving, I didn’t realize my son left his baby bear that he has had since he was born and has practically become a member of our family. When we were getting ready for bed I went out to the car to grab it and realized it was gone. I tore our house apart frantically looking for it and called the store multiple times, with no luck finding it. I even sent my husband to check the playground right before they closed. We all went to bed last night very sad, feeling like we lost sometime very special. This morning I decide to give it one more shot, and I called the store again. A young man named Matt answered and put me on hold, I was feeling defeated thinking there was no way he would find it, but after a couple of minutes he came back and asked it it was a flat bear that rattled, and let me tell you, I CRIED!!! Full tears. So Matt, if you are reading this, you don’t know us but you will forever be a hero in our home! THANK YOU!!“

“It's really funny how Chick-fil-A smashes other restaurants on customer service and even though it's fast food it's really good quality fast food that would be cheaper and beat out a lot of lesser restaurants

We had a good guy take our order, clarify what we ordered, we sat down for like 60 seconds and got it instantly and the building was half full with a full drive through, i hope the staff is being compensated as best as they can be because this is a first in my life for a fast food location“

“Today my family and I chose Bojangles for lunch. My youngest is 18 months old and has recently started tantrums. While we waited for our order, he started screaming and crying. I went to the counter and asked if we could have our food to-go instead because we didn't want to bother other customers in the restaurant. Momma T and Kiki both quickly brought out a little cup of whipped cream for my kids and, "no, you deserve to sit down and have a good lunch." My wife almost started crying. They spent our entire visit coming back to check on us and our kids to make sure that we were all happy and comfortable. While the food here is delicious, the service and kindness from the employees is even better. I've never wanted to stay or come back into a restaurant simply because the employees were so nice. They treated us like family and we are going to make sure we keep coming back. Kiki and Momma T deserve all the love for how well they do their jobs, going above and beyond for people.“

“I didn't catch the name of the manager at Bojangles little elm this evening but give that man a raise! We have only ever eaten take out at this location but he was A+++ on his service and taking care of us during dine in! One of the best experiences for dine in locally we've had in a while. He was exceptional & we will 100% dine in again just to see him! Food was great, service was great, staff was amazing.“

“Because this is a fast food business, and therefore is primarily in the business of making food, my 4 stars reflects the overall flavor and quality of their food. Delicious. And their drive-thru staff was friendly and efficient...HOWEVER... no napkins? Really?! That's basic fastfood service 101 stuff... Drive-thru customers should not have to check or ask for napkins.“
