The service here sucks. The staff is rude. Management did not have an effective system to get orders out. Heard them tell a customer not to bother them. Well the customer been waiting on their order for almost an hour. I understand that it is Super Bowl Sunday but you should know the volume that your store can handle. Ordered online and was given a different drink without notice because the location didnt have what was offered on the website. Fries and wings were supposed to be well done byut were not and fries had fry and parmesan seasoning when only extra parmesan was requested. I called and was met with apathy. Wings cooked great this time. Forgot two sides (second time they forgot a side). Fortunately dined in this time. Prices have gone up. Well mannered employees.
