I made a request for the cook to prepare my chicken philly sandwich where he would clean the grill, use clean utensils and not cook any other meats in order for me not to have any other meats mixed in because I do not eat other meats. Also, she did not get irritated with my many order changes. This was a much better experience then my very first experience. Also, as I left the lot I saw her bring out an order to a car. “Born and raised in the Philadelphia area I know what a good cheese steak & hoagie is! I eaten Primo's many times when I visit family in South Jersey and I am so happy to have them here in Houston, less than a mile from my house! Every sandwich we've gotten here has been great and the customer service and interactions have been phenomenal! I would highly recommend you try everything on the menu, as everything I've eaten so far has been great! My personal preferences is to not have prosciutto on my Italian, so when I order it I remove it, but other than that it is an amazing sandwich! The Philly cheese steaks are some of the best I've had other than in the Philadelphia area. Some places around here try to do good but they're nothing like Primos!
While they are a little bit more pricey, as a Primo's Perks member you can get many discounts and they also offer specials throughout the week. Bite the bullet, pay the price, and have a fantastic meal!“
