Young Lady at the counter was very kind and helpful once I told her it was 1st time she guided me through the difference between items very helpful Thanks like 7pm Wednesday jer black hair past shoulders kinda short
I had a great experience! The young lady who took my order was incredibly friendly, polite, and provided excellent customer service. I didn't get her name, but she made me feel very welcome. The food was delicious.

Charleys Cheesesteaks is praised for super fast service and a staff that is ALWAYS friendly. The food is always hot, fresh and tasty. Popular menu items include the Chipotle Chicken with Cajun Seasoning Fries, the bacon 3-cheesesteak, and the chicken sandwich. The fries are described as the best one out there. Customers love the pink lemonade with strawberries, and the shakes and drinks are delicious, using real fruit. Ice cream cones are also enjoyed. While the best flavor for seasoning is BBQ, some wish traditional bone-in wings were offered. The restaurant is clean and fast, with a manager who is wonderful at instantly identifying and rectifying order mistakes with a sincere apology and smile. The staff is patient, kind, clean, neat, orderly, and attentive.
