“I love this particular Charley’s!! They food tastes great, they are friendly and my food comes as I expect it. I have tried other Charley’s in the area and back in Chicagoland area and this is my favorite!! Came in today and DeMarcus made today a great experience, very friendly, ensured food was correct and when people have great service it makes you want to come back time and time again and spend your money. Wish more places understood that concept.“

“I had a problem with my food & I was debating to let them know, because I didn't want to be 'that customer,' but I'm glad I did. They fixed the issue & remade me a new one. I love that the bread is soft & not chewy or hard. I never had pickle on a Philly cheesesteak but oddly enough, it went well together. My cheesesteak had plenty of meat and wasn't over seasoned. I also went ahead and downloaded the app, since you're able to accumulate points for a reward. This was my 1st time here, definitely will be back.“

“Stopped by with my dad after a Dr appointment wanting to try something new and this small establishment caught my eye. You have to walk up and order your food like a Whataburger or Dairy Queen and then they bring it to your table. My dad loved his burger and my chicken plate was seasoned like I would have cooked it at home. As another review stated a more friendly staff that perhaps welcomed you when you arrived or smiled some to make you feel welcomed would be the only improvement they could make. They had multiple TVs in the small eating area but none of them were on. Also everything was clean when I went including the restroom so bonus points for that. I will definitely stop by next time I am passing through to try their chicken kebabs.“
