Disappointed. I paid $20 bucks for a lifeless torta. Stringy bland low quality beef, no cheese but a weak cheese sauce and a few crunchy onions. It's like whoever made it doesn't even understand the concept of the cheesesteak. If you're from the East Coast this so-called cheesesteak will offend you.
I would of Givin it 4 stars but I ordered 2 order of fries 2 larger Philly and a 2 drinks. My fires still aren't here yet I've been waiting for about 15 minutes. When the young lady brought our food out she said," that the fries are still 3 minutes out. It's been like 10 min. I'm done with my sandwich.

The young girl at the counter taking our order was outstanding. She seemed fairly new but had a wonderful attitude and recommended the bourbon glaze for my sandwich, which turned out to be the best I'd even had there. I talked to the manager (who was equally fantastic) to make sure he knew his employee was doing a great job, and he seemed genuinely and honestly happy to get a compliment.
