I went in yesterday to buy gift cards. The staff was so helpful and when one of the cashiers had an issue with trying to validate it the people in line behind me were so kind and patient. The cashier repeatedly apologized but it wasn’t his fault. I didn’t buy anything besides the gift cards because I would have spent way too much $$$. The food and smells were amazing.
I’m writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration after a humiliating experience my family and I had today at your Westheimer location.
We have been loyal customers for years, driving all the way from Beaumont to shop at your store every month. However, today we were treated with complete disrespect and embarrassment by your cashier.
