Charleys Cheesesteaks is known for its welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, including notable employees like Luis and Hector, who have been praised for their excellent customer service. The restaurant often offers free samples, which customers appreciate. Many reviews highlight the good quality of the food, including the Philly Cheesesteak, which is described as fresh and flavorful. The Ultimate Fries are also a hit, especially with the cheese sauce reminiscent of loaded potato wedges. However, some customers have mentioned issues with dryness in certain meals, like the bacon chipotle, and felt that the bacon portion did not justify the upcharge. Overall, Charleys Cheesesteaks is recognized for its clean environment, professional service, and good food, making it a spot that brightens customers' days.
