“5 stars for customers service. Each time that I've been at this store, I've been greeted with an inviting demeanor. The food has been fresh, and the team seems to listen well to each order. Upon my last two visits, there was something that fell within my scope that did not go as planned, and the team helped me through a solution. It was unexpected. I went back to fix the matter, and the team would not allow me to fix it (David). I appreciate the above-and-beyond customer service and being overall thoughtful human beings. It speaks volumes to your store culture and leadership. I cannot confirm or deny other people's experiences because their experiences are their experiences. Likewise and to this date, everyone has been approachable and seems to care about their customers. Likewise, the stations are clean and the restaurant is clean as well. “Today, I visited Chipotle for lunch with my daughter and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the improvements that this location has made over the last few months. I used to go to the location on Spring Cypress because I was so fed up with the food quality, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the overall service from the staff. I am glad to see necessary changes being made to continue to serve the Fairfield area. ???“
“This store was clean, the food was fresh, and our meals were prepared quickly. The staff were efficient but not particularly friendly. Service with a smile goes a long way and this location left a bit to be desired in that regard. Also, the guacamole in my son's bowl was smooshed against the lid so a lot of it was difficult to eat. Guacamole is pretty pricey, so it would've been nice if he could've eaten it all. Perhaps don't add it last. If anything is going to be pressed against the lid, the other food items would be preferable since they're not a significant extra charge.“
