“I ordered 1 reg pepperoni online at 8pm arrived at 815 order was not ready I was getting frustrated at 830 bt then I realized there was literally 2 ladies working. 1 prepped dough & the other did the register & packed orders. I got my pizza at 850. Staff was very apologetic for wait times. Very busy location, currently hiring bt need to pay staff more“
“This has to be the worst location! I never have good service. Yesterday I waited while the guy inside chatted with the car in front of me for 10 minutes and drove off without an order then I get up there and he it took him a while to come back to the window. It was obvious he didn't want to be there, could care less that I was there. Told me 25 - 30 minutes for a pepperoni pizza. Customer service is so important and this Little Ceasars location needs to have new management! Spring Cypress/Grant location“
“Little Caesars is always a good solution for when you have been busy and need to put dinner on the table. Affordable and good food, but in Fairfield store there have been issues with the waiting times lately taking too long to get a pizza at times.“
“This place is ALWAYS busy. The staff tries really hard to keep up and stayed decent but you could clearly tell they get overwhelmed and kept walking from the front to the back once it became to much. I ordered a pizza online and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to get it. While waiting, many others encountered the same issue. For "hot and readys" the wait time that was being given out was 45 minutes to an hour. I truly believe they need to either hire more staff or have a quicker process to resolve issues like this. Figure out the ultra busy days and be more prepared. Also, I went here on a WEDNESDAY.“
