Restaurant has new owners and new name. Food is subpar at best. Portions with the previous owner were bigger for the price we have to pay for these meals. The eggrolls are much smaller and the meat is completely different. This was my go to spot for pho but unfortunately i’m going to have to look elsewhere.

I used to love this place. But apparently they changed owners and it was so disappointing. The egg rolls are smaller and taste nothing like the others. The pork sandwich also doesn’t taste the same and so stingy with the pork and the price was about the same. I’m so sad because this was our to go to for Vietnamese.

Still Great Pho, but Service & Cleanliness Need Attention:
This was our third visit to Pho Town, and as always, the food did not disappoint. The pho here is consistently delicious and remains one of the best in the area…
However, this visit was let down by the service and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Our server (a young woman with glasses) seemed very cold and unfriendly throughout our meal. We had to get up from our seats several times to get her attention, which was frustrating. Perhaps it was just a long day (we dined around 7:30pm), but it definitely affected our experience. Another issue was the condition of the dining area. The tables were sticky, the floors were dirty, and even the walls and furniture looked like they could use a good cleaning and maybe a little refresh. It’s clear the place could benefit from a thorough makeover. Despite these drawbacks, we still left the suggested tip, hoping it goes to the whole team. The food is still the star here, but I hope management pays more attention to service and cleanliness in the future.

We went there at noon. There were.some customers and it was our fist time there. The service was great and the portions are good too. The owner or manager walks to your table to make sure all is as you expect. There are some screens showcasing programs from Vietnam, very interesting. The place is clean and so are the rest rooms. We will definitely come back. Their Pho is the best around here.

We arrived at this restaurant around 8:30 PM, and even though they close at 9:30, the staff didn’t take our soup order until much later. By the time it came out, it felt like they were already shutting down for the night. While we were trying to eat, the staff kept giving us looks that clearly said, “hurry up and leave.” It was really uncomfortable—like we were an inconvenience for just being there. If you’re going to accept orders that late, at least treat your customers with some basic courtesy. Won’t be coming back.
I get take out Pho chicken at least once a month for my wife from this location. They always beat their ETA for food being ready for pickup and it's always hot and fresh.

I thought the pho was decent, okay? But other members of my party did not enjoy their food. Apparently the pho burrito was not good, but I could’ve said that without even ordering it. Anyway, give it a try. Not bad for the suburbs.
