Ma’am, we don’t have the brown bag special.... while I stare at the sign advertising it in the drive through. It’s not like they ran out of burgers.
I wish I could give this Sonic zero stars, heck NEGATIVE stars!! This morning I went through the drive thru, was the only car in line, ordered my DIET Dr. Pepper and DIET Coke. Got up to the window, the staff member took my money, and handed me my “Diet Coke and Dr. Pepper”. I kindly said that it needed to be Diet. She “changed” it to Diet.
