Update:After the response from the owners, I tried with less ice and they totally reduced the quantity and that’s not fair. Lesser ice shouldnt reduce the tea quantity and I’m not paying to just drink ice water? And It had same amount of ice but lesser liquid. Taste is good but disappointedTora and Strawberry was good. Thai tea sunset and house blend were strong and not enough sweet. Suggest if they had option for ice level and sweet level as like tea location.
The tea was awesome, the texture of the boba was just right, the flavor is strong and not too sweet. The server was helpful that she spent 10 minutes to help me figure out the drink that I want to try. Definitely come back for it.

Your in the middle of the outlet mall, it's hot, your thirsty and there's a tea shop available for you...I checked it out, and the ladies working were hard at brewing some tea and getting things out in a timely manner... I'm sure they are never not busy working there... but the tea was decent, wasn't an "OMG THE BEST TEA EVER" but it was tea and good regardless...If the employees read this, keep up the hard work! Thanks for being kind and keeping a good attitude when I visited.
