I went feb 13,2021 to the spring cypress location on the feeder 290 and ordered my food . I paid a young Caucasian boy 10$ I received my drink then I received my change of 2.11 . I absolutely Never received was food!!! I was told I was and that the manager would check the cameras once I said I’ll wait until she reviews it.. only to be told I have to leave and the cops were being contacted!!! I never eat at Wendy's, and this location is the exact reason why. The food was subpar, at best, and cold, though we were the only ones there at 11:30 and Wendy's claims to not make your food until you order. The drink machines were still in a low power state, so after five minutes of waiting form them to "wake up," we were finally able to get warm Dr. Pepper. (I guess that balanced out the cold food?)
