My mom and I eat Wingstop almost every Friday. This location is closest to our home. There has always been a young staff on duty, specifically at night. This causes the wait to be longer than it should be, regardless of placing an order 20-30 minutes prior to us picking up. The best Wingstop in Cypress! Clean, quick and accurate order received. Ana made sure we got everything I ordered and it was hot! I’m pretty picky.. keep up the good work!
Ordered wings and Louisiana Voodoo fries thru the WINGSTOP app to be delivered. They delivered wings and regular frys! Called them since I did pay for these fries and they just argued with me saying they wouldn’t give me a refund or replace them with what I ordered UNLESS I came to the store!!! I ordered delivery for a reason! They absolutely refused to work with me on this so I will make everyone around here know what they did!!!
