That's just wrong. It is one of my favs. The potato chili wrap just does not do it for me. It is un-American to substitute a tortilla for fritos. I have had a couple of managers say, "ask staff to make you one. " I tried that, Instant brain freeze. If it is not on the board, forget it. I tried, "OK! I want a chili potato wrap. Drop the tortilla, drop the potato, keep the cheeze and chili, add yesterday's onions, then add fritos with a dash of mustard." "Sir, the tortilla is what we serve it in. Are you sure you don't want the tortilla? No, I don't want the tortilla. Put my order in one of the banana boxes you use for hot dogs." "Ok sir, you want a hot dog. Got it. “2 years ago, I shared a negative review on this place. Recently I heard that a lot of the crew was fired because of poor service, hate to see people without a job, but hey if you don't value it then that's on you, it might just be sonic, but it's a job you should still be professional about. Kudos to the manager for keeping it going and trying to make the best out of it! I came here this morning 3/22/21 for breakfast and the employee Zachary that was brought in from other location was completely on point and gave me the best customer service I've experienced here and like the manager he's here by himself this morning I believe, the food was fast and he was very respectful. That's how any worker should be, too many people take these jobs for granted. 5 stars this review!“
